Baptized

This weekend we were finally able to have Baby Belle baptized.  We were supposed to do it a couple of weeks ago, but flu was running rampant.  Evidently we weren't the first or last to have to reschedule, and the minister who was originally supposed to do the ceremony actually had the flu yesterday and one of the other ministers did it.  No matter however, because it was a wonderful time.  All of the girls were exceedingly well-behaved, we were most impressed and received a lot of Kudos about how good they all were.

Hadley is the third Belle to wear this gown, passed down from when my dad wore it over 60 years ago.  I am now going to take it to get professionally cleaned and preserved, so that perhaps one down a Belle Baby can also wear it.
